This evidence type distinguishes housing density based on type of transportation and transit infrastructure that exists immediately adjacent to the housing / land parcel. Different types of roads (qualitative and/or quantitative differences in the number of lanes), differences in observed traffic volumes and/or speeds, or differences in the presence of transit options (e.g., presence of bus routes) and associated city design guidelines are all influenced by and influence housing types and density.
