This page demonstrates a (very) simple narrative displayed using location points organized as relevant to episodes, with each episode optionally framed according to a narrative extent when that episode is selected through an interface control (here, a drop-down list of episodes). Narrative extents are defined in terms of a) geographic extents defined by the elements tagged as part of the episode, b) other locations that might not be part of the episode being displayed but have been explicitly added to a narrative extent (optionally) associated with the episode, c) geographic extents defined as part of the narrative extent object itself, and d) a combination of any of a through c.
The objective is to frame episodes in a narrative sequence to help a user understand the spatial relations that underlie that narrative as it progresses in response to the use of the interactive controls.
